EUR refers to the Euro, CHF refers to the Swiss Franc and GBP refers to the British Pound.

There are several brokers on the internet all of whom are reliable. Personally I prefer Alpari US. Long term Forex trading is possible but for the most part the real money is in short term Forex trading.

If you can't close a trade fast enough, if you don't realize that the trade you made was a bad choice and close it, if you can't analyze trends correctly, then you can lose a lot of money.
